Warranty

All our products are covered with a manufacturer's warranty from one to five years.  Please fill out the warranty card within the shipped box, and each manufacturer will offer the promised warranties. 

Shipping Damage

All damages made by shipping companies in delivering products to customers will be covered by Sole Convenience Inc. We will ship out new replacement units as soon as we verify the shipping companies are returning the old units to Sole Convenience Inc.
