Return Policy

All bidets and toilets are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, toto bidets and toilets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene concerns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.

All Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Due to manufacturer's policies, some merchandise may not be returnable for any reason. Merchandise that is "close-out" or "special order" is not returnable. Auction merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to Sole Convenience Inc., for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by Sole Convenience Inc. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.

Returns Date

All return should be completed within 30 days from the order date.
